Here’s my review of elusive chart sensation Gotye for Virgin Red Room. Although Walk Off The Earth, with their incredible cover of ‘Somebody That I Used to Know’ have really shone a light on such a fun track, there are so many more on the album that show what an imaginative artist Gotye is.
A good few months ago now I reviewed a band for MuzicDizcovery.com by the name of American Verse and recently spotted that they have not ONLY been been added to a show with both Transit and A Loss For Words (both great pop-punk bands) but are front runners in AMP magazine’s ‘Unsigned Band Contest’. I’m so happy to see the ball finally rolling for this band so please please check them out and vote for them using the link below! http://www.ampmagazine.com/23672/unsigned-band-contest-vi-voting-page/
Two girls that may have been the first ever people to convince me that a holiday to Greece might be a nice idea for a sun dodger like me, obviously I bargained with an added museum visit and a couple of fun watersport activities though. Even when they swear it doesn’t sound that bad, so thankyou UKC.
Thanks to a Tuesday tip from gemfatale.blogspot.com and a lazy day I became so arts and craftsy I could die by making one of her cute pom pom wreaths. Mine’s not very festive but i’m going to hang it in my room and probably touch it and stuff. Go check her blog out for all things fun and fashionable.
